2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 Tire Sizes

The 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 tire sizes listed here are 245/75R16, 265/70R17, 285/55R20, and 285/65R18. These are the tire-size designations associated with the vehicle; the list does not identify which size applies to a particular truck, cab, drivetrain, or wheel package.

Read the designation on the tire currently fitted and compare it with the listed sizes, but do not assume that every size fits every 2003 Silverado 2500. The available size can vary by trim or equipment, and the supplied facts do not connect a size to a specific engine or configuration. Confirm the correct fitment for your truck on the door jamb or in the owner's manual.

The listed figures describe tire sizes only, not tire pressure, load rating, or an approved replacement specification. If your truck’s original equipment or current setup differs from this list, confirm the correct size and ratings on the door jamb or in the owner's manual before choosing tires.
